Curious about clay? This is your chance to experience the thrill of wheel thrown pottery in a fun and supportive environment. Attend solo, or book in a group of friends and get ready to make some mess!
In this 2.5 hour session our experienced tutors will guide you through the basics of throwing small forms on the wheel. Learn how to centre a ball of clay, and form a cup or bowl. PLUS you even get to choose one piece that we will fire and glaze for you to take home! These sessions are a great way to get a feel for clay - either as a test run to undertaking a 6 week course, or as a few hours of fun with friends. This workshop includes all clay, tool and materials, and the glazing and firing of one piece of work each, ready to collect at a later date - no hidden extra costs.
Please note that this workshop is for adults aged 18+ only. Teenagers aged 11+ may attend if they are booked in with a participating adult. Participants who do not the minimum age requirements will not be permitted to take part in the class and no refunds are available on the day.
