Are you a ceramics newbie and curious about clay? Then this workshop is perfect for you!
Our experienced tutor will introduce you to a variety of simple handbuilding techniques as you explore and play in the world of pottery. This class is the best way to discover your creative side in a supportive and inspiring environment, and by the end of the session you will have created two to three pieces to be glazed and taken home at a later date! All clay, tools and firing included - no hidden extra costs! So grab some friends, or come along to make some new ones in the wonderful world of clay.
*Handbuilding 101 is for adults aged 18+ only. Teenagers aged 11+ may attend if they are booked in with a participating adult. Participants who do not the minimum age requirements will not be permitted to take part in the class and no refunds are available on the day.
**Accessibility Note: This class is held in our upstairs studio which is only accessible by two flights of stairs.
