Dip your toe into the wonderful world of moulds with our Slip Casting workshop! Perfect for beginners, you'll be learn about how and when to use moulds and have hands on experience with the casting process. PLUS you'll get to take home two slip cast cups with your choice of studio glazes.
In this 2.5 hour session our experienced tutors will guide you through the slip casting process, from pouring, to de-moulding and cleaning up your ceramic piece. You'll get to choose your own layered combination of glazes from our studio samples which our studio assistants will apply at a later date. Walk away with the confidence to use casting slip in manufactured moulds. All clay slip, tools and firing included - no hidden extra costs!
Please note that this workshop is for adults aged 18+ only. Teenagers aged 11+ may attend if they are booked in with a participating adult. Participants who do not the minimum age requirements will not be permitted to take part in the class and no refunds are available on the day.
