Formulated for smooth application and excellent coverage, NPS underglazes brush on easily and fire true to colour, whether used under a clear glaze or left unglazed for a matte, painterly finish.
Burnout temperature - 1300ºC
First image shows underglaze on School White Earthenware Clay (SCHW), half glazed with Clear Gloss Earthenware Glaze and fired to 1070ºC
Second image shows underglaze fired to 1080ºC (left) and 1280ºC (right)
Some underglazes will change when fired above 1080ºC. Please test under your firing conditions.
